We ship every day Monday through Friday, except national holidays.
Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. Should there be any issue with your order, contact customer service within 48 hours.
The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience authorization difficulties.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled unless the shipment is delayed beyond the represented shipping time. If the ordered product(s) does not ship within the represented time, we will honor any request for cancellation received prior to the actual shipping date of the product(s).
Unless “free shipping” specified in the product page, shipping rates are based on the case size/weight of your order and on the destination zip code. A quotation for shipping is provided when you choose Checkout from the Cart page.
Shipping from the USA
For in-stock orders placed by 11:30 pm Eastern Time, we ship the next 1-3 business days.
For orders by individuals, we ship items by USPS first class.
For orders by merchants, we ship items using your choice of UPS next day air, 2nd day air, and Ground delivery.
We ship to all 50 states in the USA.
Shipping from Israel internationally
For in-stock orders placed by 5:30 pm UTC+3, we ship the next 1-3 business days.
We ship orders according to incoterm EXW (Uvicon doesn’t responsible on charges of customs duty, VAT, taxes, etc. at the destination country). HS Code: 392690905.
For orders by individuals, we ship items by Israel Post registered mail 14-21 days.
For orders by merchants, we ship items by Israel Post EMS 4-6 business days.
We accept returns within 14 days of the item’s delivery to you. Items being returned must be in new, unused condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging. We cannot take back used products or products/packaging that is not restockable.
Refunds for returned orders will be based on the shipping return fee and a 10% restocking fee for individuals and a 20% for merchants deducted from the actual amount paid for the product(s). we are not able to refund shipping costs paid with the order. You have the option to issue your own shipping return label and ship your return to our warehouse.
Please note: In the occasion of damaged or manufacturer’s defected product(s) received by the customer, Uvicon will take the responsibility for exchange the product(s) or issue a full refund according to customer request.
To make a return or exchange, contact us by email or phone. Please provide us with your order number and specified the reason for the return, our customer service will guide you on the return procedure. Return or exchange must be preapproved by Uvicon.
We allow backorders. No backorders item will be kept open beyond 21 days without the consent of the customer.
Taxes and Payment
We do not charge any sales tax for orders.
We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard credit cards and Debit cards for all purchases.
Purchase Orders are accepted upon credit approval and payable.
All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing addresses and phone information must be included with every order.
